Receiver is an interesting case -- a lot of what I did for that game is an example of non-art type stuff. Low detail props shamelessly ripped off from Ikea for example, or the guns just being common guns that people seem to like. I think that helps the robots stand out. I did do some simple concepting work on the robots.… -

I am a big fan of Ian McQue and Loish. And anything similar. As for Japanese mecha design, my favorites are Ikuto Yamashita and Kanetake Ebikawa. -
