I find it very weird that there still ( is there? ) isn't a simple 'Import FBX' feature in Cryengine. Getting assets in CryEngine reminds me of the horrors of Source Engine. It should no be that cumbersome to import assets. Oh and I'm not a big fan of LUA, but that's perhaps something personal, others might love it.… -

I don't believe they have. I experienced my crappy customer service about 6 months after Hawken had his experience. I've heard horror stories a year prior to Hawken's also. So, I doubt they've changed in the past year with such a track record of suckdom. Actually, reading Hawken's post reminded me of my Vista change over.… -
