There are ways and means of obtaining/creating it which are quite labourious. Alternatively, depending on what sort of scale you are looking for you could look at Digital Elevation Models (DEM's) The USGS gives free data for the majority of the US but not the rest of the world. I totally forgot that I was trying out layers and had the recording btn on. It was only because I wanted to del higer div to save the tool out as a smaller file to upload for you… -

Adding another rotation controller on top of the constrainted one should be enough. Here is a quick maxfile showing that approach: exhaust_text.max (max 2010).
