looks like a decent start man. I would suggest having the site load directly to the environments/props menu page with all the work, 1st impression was that screen was your only piece on the front page, when i clicked the menu it made a much better impression. -

I thought gears 2 was pretty awesome. It had better story telling, more color, and the story entertained me the whole way. More than the 1st one. I would play it before the 3rd. But then again, i like playing the games in order for some reason. -

Yeah, I was thinking maybe server configs just got stuck. We were both tired so after 1st afe room and two lobbys we just quit. I'll go back to it again though. Did notice the tank shadow before, that's cool. -

It shouldn't. I have done this before. All transpose master does is import the moved mesh into the 1st sub d level of the subtool. Also, this would have taken you a total of 1 sec to check yourself. You can view textures on subtools inside of zbrush -

Yeah, I've seen that demonstrated by a Discreet rep, it looks -very- useful. I believe it's call Skin Wrap. At the least, it's good for getting a "1st pass" rig; but I imagine sometimes it would be just about good enough for final, depending on how different the two models are. -

you REALLY need to raise the right clavicle.....really bugging me right now. there's no way you can raise your arm above your head without the clavicle raising too. It looks ok in the 1st 3rd and 4th angles but that 2nd angle it's REALLY noticable. -

Maybe would be a better idea (if there is a next time) for something like this- You'd still have your 1st place, and then the t-shirts would go to the best of each character. Kinda like a dog show. Best of breed, and best of show type thing. Or BBQ cook-off. -

I'll be down at The Temple on wed night. It's a pretty cool bar considering I don't drink. :P Best of all they have two screens that show kung-fu movies. Haha. Check it out though, it's just up/down 1st street from the convention center. -

1st tutorial hope it helps, pretty self explanatory, enjoy. It splits up more but it would just look like a mess. ;) Edit: Same thing can be used for leafs and fur, and anything else possibly even hair. HF GL, this is just for those that need help, pro's probably don't need this.
