Nice work! The eyes look crossed to me. If you dont want to decrease the nose bridge you could rotate the eyeballs out away from the centre. -

ok here a progression of the blockout. I changed a bit the scene to have more focus on Excalibur so I dropped the path with the bridge. feel free to comment ;) -

yeah its the frame for a bridge with windows, I am doing it in modular pieces. I then probably have to make a light map for it to since it's being put into udk -

It looks awesome! I personally don't understand that kind of castle design (with bridges and towers in the middle of air) but you did a great job with the picture´s composition.
