your demons actually make me think of the traditional descriptions of angels; having multiple faces of different animals/monsters, multiple eyes "like flaming fires", and a voice like the roar of a crowd, etc. just generally pretty terrifying. -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qn7XZ9bMpYo Improved my volumetric explosion shader. Simple drag and drop into the scene, no scripts, no extra libraries, no post processing tricks, correct depth sorting with solid objects and fully modifiable flame / opacity. Also pretty lightweight on the GPU. -

Good start. The color gradations look airbrushed. Fix that. The patterns should have a reason for changing colors. When's the last time you saw a chameleon go to an auto paint shop to get flames painted on him?
