true but thats still slower than pre merging them in your 3d app i did extensive benchmarking and performance wise: pre merged in max/may > combine children script > static batching > dynamic batching
Try to use plain, simple <img> for images on your front page. Yours seem to be loaded via some kind of javascript. Tech people like myself usually have scripts blocked by default, something to keep in mind.
I'm kind of proud that I only scored 29. I'd rather be filling my head with the knowledge of quality book and script writers than the hackneyed bullshit we purvey under the banner of 'story' in the FPS industry heh.
You could probably "paint" it in using vertex normals (so it's easier to visualise, if you turn the normal indicators on) and hack a script together to transfer that to a colour map. And then bake that out to a texture if needed, or leave it as a per vertex thing.
I had a problem with my middle mouse key before that was caused by an external program (called 7plus, which is made using autohotkey). The cause of your problem could be some other program, possibly something scripted in autohotkey.
If you;re really adverse to spending the dough, Max does have a paint-deform modelling system. It's kinda craptastic, but I think Max6 supports it. There's a script on scriptspot for it, I think called Adv Brush Painter or somesuch.
there was also this post on the same tut. there's a helpful script that some may use by low odor that can be found bout halfway down the thread. http://boards.polycount.net/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=175605&an=0&page=4#Post175605
Hi I cannot seem to find the command for showing or hiding an object in the outliner via python, Ideally I want to batch through each of the objects in the scene and render them via script. Anyone able to help here? -- Edit found it : object.visible = True
Having a problem where when I open the UV editor the editor scales horizontally to fit both monitors, it's ridiculous. I was wondering if there was a way to save the size in a layout option somewhere or if I could control it's size by a script somehow. Any takers? Thanks!
I've exploded my High and low poly to bake. But when I select my LP and pick all my HP meshes I get this error. This is a first for me and I'm not very good at reading script. If anyone knows what this might be any help is appreciated.
