Oh ok. I just tried it and it's not a 100% fix, more like 85%, but if you change your gizmo to local ( Hold Alt > Right-click ) and play with your camera a bit it will focus the gizmo onto the vert.
Sorry not for edit poly. You'll need a script. There's a bunch of INI files in: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2014 - 64bit\ You can open them up and change some defaults around.
I got some business cards printed for the Nordic Game 2012 conference (in a local shop). This design was just quickly put together, the next cards will be final ones.. With rounded corners, double sided and all that trickery.

Albion, I have to ask: are you using the Suite at your workplace or is it at home only? I recently found some adjustments that can be made to Windows local security policies that may help get it functional for you.
Good points neo... I haven't tried the extra firm yet. Local places don't carry much so I'm just gonna order some for my next sculpt. The softener stuff is great as well.
I would definetely head to the local Menards. That way I have all the supplies needed to brick up the doors and windows, make various weapons, and even build a mini civilization within the lumber department. Bring it on.
Adam, Nick: If you want help organizing count me in. :) I'm local this time, but poorer. heh. So I may not be able to attend GDC proper, but I'll sure make it across the bridge to hang out.
No, I meant you should get access to documentation, and closed forums/mailing lists, where you could seek answers from other users. Running the exe locally is the best way to iteratively test, but documentation might be a good shortcut.
