Where it says perspective,left,right,top,ect right click and change it too smooth with highlights. Problem solved! -

I had this with one obj too. Maybe undeleted points flying around or scaling issues? Never got to solve it. -

I took three days installing it, and try uninstalling and reinstalling .Net, nothing to solved, photoshop CC started as administrator, and does not work, my operating system is Windows 8.0.
