I managed to fix it! Turns out, when I created the joints for the arm, I mistakenly translated them instead of just rotating them into place, thus breaking the virtual plane. Had to learn the hard way, but at least I got the problem solved. -
(Zbrush) Monster - UV, Polygroups
Hi Polycount forum, I have a problem and couldn't solve it. I lost so much time. I first applied zremesher to my model. Then I wanted to prepare UV for Maya but whenever i try to do UVmaster = Unwrap. there are too many (372) UV. What is happening and how can I fix it? Thank you. . -

Thanks for the expansions :) One thing that I think is close to solving specular edge problems like you mention is having a geometric + normal map -> effective roughness conversion like Valve's Advanced VR presentation (I linked that earler up the page) and UE4's "Composite Texture" for that matter.
