Yes sir, that place and most fitness centers are a scam. Keep your member ship fee, clean off a spot on the floor and start doing squats and pushups. Unless you're serious about weightlifting then find a local hardcore gym. -

Actually that's done because it's usually infiltrated by metastases. In breast cancer I know it is sometimes done with the axillary lymph nodes as a prophylactic measure because, well local edema is better than cancer if someone missed something on the biopsy examinations. -

I know in the US you could file for a lien which would make it very difficult for him to get any kind of credit until it is settled. It's a simple process that doesn't take a lawyer. Not sure about the local laws there though. -

Basic rigging question
Just learning rigging, after all these years, quick question: does the local rotation of a joint pivot matter for continuity? Like the direction of maya's pivot(green(y),red(x)blue(z)) should they be aligned from joint to joint or does that not matter? -

Is it possible to generate SSLR in substance designer?
I am just wondering, how far we could go with native pixel processor of Substance Designer. For example: can we generate Screen Space Local Reflections using depth image and world normals? Or it is too complicated for SD?
