Great! I think this will go along with my brochure I'll be making. Good thinking. Pyromania, this is good one also. I'll probably save that one for a later date though. xvampire, is that a graph from 2009?
Crysis was released in 2007, Crytek UK was bought/founded in 2009, Crytek (the main studio that gave us the Cyrisis games) is based in Germany, the uk studio DID do the multiplayer dev for Crysis 2 though.
what's the status on puppet shop? did it become CAT or just discontinued? Because the last studio and my current one use it and it works pretty great, I've dabbled with it and it's such a breeze to use. This is Max 2009, btw.
Hey , finally some updates , been busy lately . So here is a steam animal gun I did at school. It's about 15 000 triangles , textured entirely in substance , and render in marmoset. PBR render.
Fingus: did what you said. And Mudbox came up to 50 million polys without any problem! hmmf.. Maya is where it is pissing me off. Cant even handle 50 000 polys :(
It's not 2009 because the new mudbox has the ability to save viewport snapshots and the faceted shading worx....so it's 2010 all the way....to autodesk's pokets(ok..it has 2 or 3 more new features..but anyhoo)
Graduated in 2009 and I would say the same thing. This is true about any school though. The ones that paid their dues and worked hard work in the industry now, the ones that slacked off generally didn't make it.
Does 2009 have a Service Pack like 2010 does? if yes just download this from autodesk and you should be ready to go, because its not an update it´s the whole programm if i´m not mistaken
well, since it is python it shouldn't matter what version, or if it's 64 or 32 bit. but I can only confirm 2012 and 2013. but in theory it should work on 2009 and later. what version do you need?
Yeah, hopefully. The code I'm using says 2005 on it, but the SDK version I'm testing is 2007 (can't make mods on 2009 I don't think). I'll check tomorrow that it's not changed since then if I can.
