Some things aren't in the engine yet. It was rebuilt, so they're still adding the new features and adding back in the older stuff people bring up in the feedback threads.
i'd interpret the face as being part of it and not a decal. as it looks shaded and protruding. however its good that you've re-rebuilt it, as it now looks LOADS better! well done!
Ok, i'm not sure what happened. I rebuilt Mask1 and Mask2 from scratch. Mirrored them to be exactly like Dragon Knight's maps, and it worked. :D :D:D:D:D:D

Did you check the Vray forum? http://www.chaosgroup.com/forums/vbulletin/ I wonder if the demo contains an older version, that's usually the case because the demo has to be rebuilt as well.

Still running a nvidia geforce 9800 gtx+..I rebuilt this beast about 5 months ago, and the graphics card was the only thing left to do...I'll look into this card as well.
Ambient oclussion and Normalmaps applied to the rebuilt scene in UDK: EDIT: first one didn't quite follow the concept, too small. This one is almost identical, except having a deeper corridor. //DL
Would be nice to have more than 15 days to evaluate $2000 in initial licensing costs. Mesh fusion looks interesting as far as initial workflow but the resulting mesh is subpar and would need to be rebuilt.
