Yes. Taped nips are almost better than naked nips because they leave something to the imagination and they give some options for fun design. Also, I just totally realized that my DomWar pre-challenge guy needs tape X's on his flappy mantitty nips. Awesome.
love the atmosphere in that piece cholden.good stuff I have toyed with the idea recently of turning to environment art and these kind of pieces inspire me to have a go. I had heard that environmental artists have more fun/are better looking and are generally treated better than character artists:)
that seems like a good idea to go back and; a) analyze how much you've learned in the past, and b) stunning progress on yourself as an artist. I'm thinking I should go back to re do some old assets for the fun and practice of it. Looking good and an inspiration note r_fletch_r!
holy shiiiet, some really awesome work! really digging ur stuff retleks, crepator enodmi! managed to motivate myself to do some more. detail pass for entire char remaining now...then to decide about lowres or highres and sculpt or generated hair...whop, fun times!
For some reason i just needed to make this! Makes learning udk a lot more fun lol Now i just need to figure out the sky, lighting, seawater, trees, grass... Dont know any programing or i would change the camera and add a new vehicle type :poly142:
as everyone and his dog is working on some unity project I had to join the fun for just a few days its already quite much I've implemented... indeed a really cool editor -animation handler -weapon handler -camera handler -destroyable objects handler next will be gui and game stats handler
uni character assignment ahoyMy first Female....I'm used to ugly guys and mutants so its been scary stuff getting the proportions and such. Anyways 2000AD judge Cadet fun.....needs work on the arms, face and boots muchly, hair is a placeholder while i figure out how to do it :D
Here's something I'm working on for class. I am in no way, shape, or form a character artist, so I chose to do something simple and light-hearted so I could have some fun with it. If you can't tell who it is supposed to be from this block-out, then I have failed miserably.
