@felipefrango: texture looks great! but the eyebrows looks wonky.. why dont you paint them to the texture and add a little more geom to the forehead to deform correctly?
Texturing was confusing for me. So left it as it was i.e did the torso part and then rigged it. Will make the texture when I have a loads of free time and thanks for the comment ^^.
And I take it those are the actual texture sizes? a total texture size of 256*256? *shrug*I'm confused as to what the blue, green and yellow parts are though
Yea I planned to do the armor+hair texturing on different UV. Is it bad ? ;p I don't know about any polycount/texture size limitations yet. Need to study about it tho. Here is the unfinished "texture work" ;) btw for now it's 512x512, thinking about to resize it in PS to 256x256.
Quick and dirty texture job of a little villager. Just colors and an un-tweaked AO pass. One view zoomed in, another at about the size he'll look in-game EDIT: Forgot the wires. Also, he's 248 tris with a 128x texture. I'm thinking I'll probably go smaller with the texture.
