Neat update!I am so addicted to the tool :poly124: I was extracting a logo from a wrinkled cloth, similar to this. I was thinking if multiple points can be added to the increase the segment of the wrap or is there any other way to rip this through texripper? Thanks again.
Details: The horn in the face now has the correct material. The plate on the right hand has the Belle logo. There is more definition in general. The plates on the front have a reflection map. Added the normal map to the rubbers on the back of the knees. The horns have a more uniform color.
@michaelsuwandi Good idea, didn't notice the logo there :) . So here it is. Also thanks for the link, really helpful for me being new to creating hair and fur for real time :) . Good luck with yours, looking forward to seeing your version of the Ulfen Guard. model
Thanks for the advice man! How's this: As for the text decals, I've been trying to shove them in, but since I am cramping the entire model into a single 2K texture, the quality of the text was rubbish. Any idea how to go about the logos? Perhaps a separate texture?
A Medical Humber Pig, this is a Concept by myself for 1985. Apart from the obvious medical insignia on the Hull, the logo on the drivers door is another concept, this time taking the old Divisional Insignia of the 20th Light Division of World War one, modernising it, subduing it and using it here.
Looking good. For the barrel, i think there needs to be some more refinements: Diff: majority is fine, the problem is the middle area, where the sticker is . The orange on orange isnt the best idea. have the logo contrast with the orange banner. Like a white background will do :) Normals
Still playing around with some design ideas, probabbly gonna stick with this. The Weyland-Yutani logo is just a placeholder, figured it would suit the design. bkost: Have you checked Racer's tutorial on texturing? Ssjtroll : It looks great! Looking forward to the finished result!
Is that from something? I didn't recognize it as a symbol like say the nazi eagle, and thought it looked a lot like the triforce th... wait it's a standard warhammer logo isn't it? I should've guessed as much, but I have little knowledge of that stuff. Ignore me =)
under the netview (alt-5 shortcut) click on the xsi logo to go to the the local net view. from there click on add-ons and directx. find the material preset in there (not hard) and drag it onto your model. load up the render tree (7) to change the textures.
