It's a rig with ik/fk and controls. Thats the problem, can i scale the skeleton with these type of constraints? in maya that is. -

The NGage seems to take PS1 games, should have roughly similar constraints, same for the DS and PSP. -

Yeah, linking should work fine. If not, try a Link or Position constraint with "keep initial offset" checked. -

Attachment constraint might require some tweaking but it's the right way to go. Another alternative is using position script. -

I think you need to enable 'Axis Constraint' under the snap options to snap in only certain axis. -

thomasp, try unchecking the tickbox for "use axis constraints" on the Options tab of the Snaps window, that might be why it's not working.
