Wow, I've not noticed it in new features. Using 2014 yet. Thanks for the tip! Now I understand why there is no support any more, I believe autodesk bought that script like outliner but why it took a several versions to implement it in :poly121:
So you are using the Xoliul shader? What version of Max? If its 2013 or 2014...then that is the problem. Autodesk made some changes to how tangents are handled in the viewport and basically made most dx shaders, including the xoliul shader, completely useless.
Finished up my entries into the Spring 2014 event last night and had them up today. With the deadline extension I could looking at pushing one more out, see how we go. Some great entries in this event!

I listened to a podcast addressing passion vs. mastery of a craft. It was refreshing to hear someone who actually did some research on the subject. http://www.artofmanliness.com/2014/08/22/art-of-manliness-podcast-78-the-myth-of-following-your-passion/
Dota 2 has basically been confirmed as moving to Source 2 when the workshop alpha tools went live, then they had a blog post detailing their intentions going forward. http://blog.dota2.com/2014/12/future-changes-frostivus/
There are ... Studio Drivers? :) Agree with Pior. Never change a running system until issues arise, usually from installing a new tool. I was rocking 4 year old Nvidia drivers until recently (in 2014-era Windows 7), hah!).
