add some cracks, grime, chips on the corners, splattered dirt from a speeding car. maybe some moss, rest and chopped paint on the wire fence. Add real world damage to it so it doesn't like it was just constructed.
I think your wrinkles on the pants and jacket could use more refinement. I think the wrinkles are all too uniform size sharpness and frequency. Hey guys, I wanted to make a building based on this amazing concept. I had a question about making textures for it. Would it be smart for me to make a couple of tileable textures for the Roof, stone, and some wood panels that I can use in multiple spaces on the model? Or how would you guys approach this? Thanks!
