Looks good! But what are you aiming for (pun intended)? Realtime or offline rendering? Cause the edges are very sharp for a game asset.

modelling looks good but the edges are too sharp, this is going to look good in offline rendering but not in realtime, you'll get tons of aliasing

For rendering in your DCC, or realtime in a game engine? Animated refraction should be good enough in most cases, plus particles for the bubbles.

I think your confused as to what your doing moist. You don't render realtime shaders, they are already 'rendering' in the viewport.
