I like how I MUST have steam running eating up 123mb of ram to even get Hammer open. AND IF I keep the "play games" window open it causes a memory leak and crashes steam after an hour. Buried in the valve wiki, there is a command to enter into studiomdl so it builds without a limit. The other way to get around it is to break your model into easy to digest props. If you skin the pieces to one bone or keep the pivot point in the same place for all the bones they will align perfectly in Hammer. The best way… -

I lost all my early maps on a HDD crash once. Makes me sad... I´d love to go back to them and check them out. We can get pretty emotional with our early work.
