I don't know about the $300 price range. I have a microsoft surface pro with 1060 GPU that was about $1500 and has handled anything I've thrown at it. But it's not exactly hand held either.
Yeah I hardly see CS:GO as the paragon of micro-transaction virtue. I've heard on multiple occasions of people spending $300-400 on keys and getting not much in return. To say it's gambling isn't a stretch.
I just bought a personal copy of zbrush today. I would have shown more interest in this. But $300 to upgrade each year? And you deal with Autodesks Monopoly fist? Still. Cool shit.
Check the min spec for max and make sure you meet or exceed it. I think it requires a card that has vertex and pixel shader 3.0 capability, if you are on a laptop there is a good chance it is under powered.
BTW, if you don't save it with a DM, CTF, etc. prefix, you'll load w/ the "Unreal Engine 3.0" logo at the top which will also appear in your tiled screenshot. Not sure if there's a way around this. :)
I need a 2D concept artist to put together a rough concept of an environment for my game, looking for something similar to the attached references. My budget is around $200-$300 with the potential to go up to $1000 for painting if your painting style fits Please add me on Discord: White Fox#9999
pictures from in blender 2.7 (still haven't made the change to 2.8 or 3.0 yet) of a female character model base I have been working on. need to spend more time working on the texture, maybe get a program like substance painter to use instead of photoshop and blender.
are people still using this script by andy oakley as I used to find it very uselful. I could n't get the latest version(3.0) to work in max 2010 though. I just want to copy and paste/rotate uv's on a per poly basis. version 0.9 works but is a bit broken
It's the way Nintendo has operated for over 120 years. When their main venture isn't working out, they start focusing on another aspect of their business. Nintendo have dabbled in taxi services, running hotels and even steel in the past.
