Under General Rules on the contest overview page, it says winners will be announced on April 8th, but in the official rules it says April 15th, which day is actually being used for winner announcement? -

Tetranome Mostly just did it out of my head, with 19th-century electric devices in mind. (Bit of reference but not much) Also wanted to get a bit of a steampunk look, without the steam :-) -
