@Visigoth: you're using too many polies for the chain rings. I would make all the links hexagonal with four sides on each division ((6*4 + 6*4 + 4*4)*2 = 128 tris for the chain instead of (6*2 + 4*6 + 6*6)*2 = 144 tris).
