I have to limit the polycount to what your ram can handle in mem setting.... the default 60 million was too much for my 16 gig ram. i reduced it to 10 , and no more sudden lag or freeze ....
Near to compleate the ArtStation challange, here's a shot of the character I've been working. You can find the entire progressio thread here: https://www.artstation.com/contests/ancient-civilizations/challenges/16/submissions/15187 The Monk
for issue A, add a couple more horizontal edgeloops and see if that fixes it. for C, as Bardler mentions you should bake in 16 bit .tiff format, then downsample in photoshop (or just resave as .psd if rendering in toolbag, and keep it at 16bit).
Lee3dee, I got that Mr. Incredible off Ebay when the film came out, number #16/500 so its my little pride and joy. ;p All these dual monitor setups kill me.
I was a Turbo Grafx 16 fanboy, back then NEC was slinging mud at nintendo in their commercials and then Sega started slinging mud at NEC, I got caught up in the frenzy. Alien Crush and Devil's Crush still rock!
Hi, Whenever i choose to use FBX (as in your mesh preperation Video) its offset in DDO. It no longer is at 0,0,0 but somewhat offaxis, anyone has the same experience ? OBJ works btw. and tested FBX 2013/14/15/16
Good start, but I'd also suggest to do 16 of your stones, you can simply archive this with tiling your texture 4 times. This way you can do a good amount of variation.
Surface Pro 2. Haswell baby! http://www.pcworld.com/article/2049262/microsoft-surface-2-and-surface-pro-2-benchmarks-and-hands-on.html Still. Wish they had a 16 gig option for ram.
ahaha, I thought of karanak straight away as well. So awesome he is entering! I will be interested to see what the final 16 look like. It sounds tough, but only if the pros come out for it.
Very clean, I like. As far as everything goes, pretty johnny on the spot as far as details. This is from my M4 at home, the receivers for the 16 and m4 are the exact same so this should help for the magazine.
