Re: How long should a modeling art test take?
If you are going to be working in a studio enviroment, there's going to be deadlines, I don't know why a studio wouldn't want to give out a dealine for an art test, even if it was like only spend 40 hours on this, you have 3 weeks. -

Yeah haha, my enviro is very noisy >.< I get carried away when I sit on the same project for too long :P I will tone stuff down and unite the piece when I'll be working on my lighting -

iam not really a fan of blender uv tools they just dont do a very good job on hardsurface stuff i watched a video of the new toolset from GSoC and its just not there yet iam envious of max relax & stitch -

Absolutely beautiful. I've been learning Xgen and I'm envious of this right now, although it seems much easier to do short hair in Maya than the medium-length female bob I'm doing right now. Stellar work! -

Well, if anything, these guys got hooked up with some nice severance packages. 3 - 6 months full pay/benefits/bonuses(within that time) they should be able to bounce back with EASE. I'm almost envious of a vacation like that. -

wow, these models are brilliant mister! They would fit nicely in the 'mobile gaming and web 3d (lowpoly)' thread ;) Looking at those models it is hard to believe they are actually 500 triangles each. Really nice work! You should create an enviroment! -

Hey Lee. My only feedback would be I would like to see your three sections, game art, enviroment, and contract work, all formatted the same way just to give your site a little more polish. -

I know I sound like I've been bitching a lot, but its a nice game, and especially I applaud all of the artists involved, it's one of the only MMOs that I like the look of the characters. Of course the enviros are awesome, too!
