I am not expert to matte, but i think it is sth wrong with the lighting... everything seems to be too bright (given very dark sky), but I'm not really sure tho. -

By the end of the 18th century, most troops called 'cuirassiers' didn't wear cuirasses. They did make a minor comeback in the middle of the 19th century, though.
