The street lamp looks nothing like the ones in the concept, and comes from a much later period. The concept's lamps are rectangular gas lamps, while yours are spherical electrical lamps, which didn't appear in poorer neighborhoods until the 20th century. The ledge at the base of the railing should have a sharper angle.
think I'm a bit closer to calling this done replaced the papers on the floor, added some more ground clutter, dust particles, and redid the lighting for the 100th time~ Learned a lot with this small environment, time for something different. It's because of the burnout rate, 50% of the people who enter the game industry drop out after 5 years. I don't know the stats for time past that but I found it funny how EA treats your 5 year anniversary the same way other industries treat your 20th.
