Well thanks man, so far nothing is decided, just exploring ideas ^^ I do like where the GUI is going though, its nice with less stuff in the way, and also the circle gives me a good place to put a waypoint marker.
Yeah I think glowing runes would add a lot but it is a cool weap. On the same note, the skull completely bleeds out with glow, and it just looks like a circle. Maybe make the eyes/nose grey with no glow. Would be easy to test at least.
I guess my first question would be is there a way to animate a particle (or particles) along a curve, kinda like if you wanted objects to be circling a character? I've been trying to do this with Shuriken for a little while but can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!
Added the basics of a targeting system to the character, able to lock on enemies, disengage, switch enemies and have available targets fade off at a distance. I'll need to add different movement in this mode so you don't just run circles around the guy.
sexxy :) 1 minor thing, on the grip's right side, the diamond in the center, does it really end like that? (the circle indent) might just be refs, but looks different here; http://www.classic-firearms.co.uk/uploads/1/0/8/3/10836860/6843544_orig.jpg
The key word being significantly impacting the shape though. I was under the impression you don't want to change anything about the shape. Like if I delete the loops in the middle, the inner circle would have corner edges instead of the smooth ones.
The Ash Lake shield, I'm really digging it, the other 2, not so much. Ash Lake feels like a real object. With the blood wolf I like the outer circles, but the central design doesn't feel real, it feels like a digital design
Yea man.. R2 will throw whom ever you are carrying around. I actually threw a lot of people before actually using circle i think to put them down. Got me into a lot of trouble here and there. Pretty funny stuff.
Ok, here is what I have and got the normal bake to work however it seems quite messy. Here is the normal it gives me: (circled in red) Here is what my Low poly looks like (got it to 344 tris), with the current normal.
I started by drawing the planet that I could later use on the skin. Here is the progress. (the tops of the circle look strange on this picture because I resized the file and it just ended like this, dont ask me why, i dont know myself:D)
