Your work is pretty nice, but your site is a mess. There's too many options and no clear "go here to see all my work" and it kind of stresses me out. the thing you need the most is not a new mouse. you need a break and let it heal. i know it sucks... but if you don't want to be in casts on both arms for months to come (like i did) you need to get a break from work and start with some physio to strengthen your arm/wrist/tendons/joints. So its working fine with the stress test but not in LoL? Have you tested other games? Could be simply a nvidia driver issue. You could also underclock the gpu and its memory to see if it helps.
