Cool gas station for sure. I'm a bit confused why there is a power pole but no power lines attached. The table and bench also don't look as old or characteristic as the rest of the props. Those are my only critiques.
^ what she said. Some additional notes. And I would repose the hand a bit cause his pose is exactly the same as the pirate dude you did before. Put a different characteristic in the pose. :D
You're right ComradeJ, the rugged look is something I am aiming for and a characteristic part of the dutchman. Thanks Daz! I just finished the browning and now it's time to make some signs of wear onto this jeep.
I really like the way that open helm gives him a new characteristic. or makes him a new character. or makes him a unique one! I don't know how to put it :D it reveals who he is!
A trained eyes to read shapes and planes. I'd give this very high priority because you'll need it to learn almost everything related to art. A certain characteristic that allows you to play with clays/models for days and days.
maybe editor could me awesome. you can create different fighters from boxes with different characteristics, like Big slow sumo guy and skinny capoero dancer. oh, and multiplayer over internet too!
Kudos man! you've nailed these individual asset's overall aesthetics plus characteristic detailing down too an absolute ' T ' and frankly deserve a front page plug, at the very least.
Well the body and gear are awesome but if you remove her characteristic hairstyle she's just a generic anime character. So I'd suggest to redo the hair like on the refs ( not the fanarts ).
Double check your references there... you've got a strange mix of milled receiver features, stamped receiver features, and characteristics of two different calibers mixed in there (7.62x39mm and 5.56x45mm AKs).
Good job, you've captured all the relevant characteristics as far as I can see when referencing OEM versions of the rifle online and really it's the attention too detail put into texturing this piece that make it pop for me - kudos :)
