thanks Ruz. Yeah, taking the cloths and hands into zbrush so it will look alot more integrated with the head. so are these pieces you're doing contract work or just doing it for fun?
Yeah, the hands are a bit too small, flat and girly, and the toes are pretty crappy. My base mesh was lacking a bit in the foot department. Thought I'd get away with it, but clearly not
[ QUOTE ] Severed Zombie Hand My submission for my friend's Hitote Project. Good graphic styley fun. [/ QUOTE ] Looks good just remember there are two bones in your forearm....
Thanks for the crits about the hands SupRore and Japhir, I'll fix it soon, I haven't really sculpted in that area yet as you said. I should fix the ugliness on the basemesh though...
Haha, awesome Johny. Face looks very accurate. The hands might need some work though, shape doesn't seem quite right. Also the arms may be a little thick?
The thumb looks a little dinky but those are some of the best low poly hands I've ever seen! The rest of the model is great, too. I'd really like to see this when it's finished.
Cat woke my daughter up nice and early today. Since I was up I finished this one off. Older Version Changes: - Fixed the hickup in the arm when it meets the ground. - Tweaked the particle effects to be more dramatic and de-spawn more subtly. - Changed up the texture on the hand a bit. - Added a few frames for a hand lock…
kite - that hand texture is looking great so far. Is that a zbrush polypaint? East - looking coool, I am trying the same workflow myself. the only thing buggin me is that you can make stuff look great in zbrush, but its hard to make it look as good in max because the diffuse tends to look a bit 'weedy' suppose with cavity…
Legs need work, threw a flat color texture on it, tired of looking at it with flat gray. Sorry if colors washed out with max default lighting. Oh and the hands need work, thats next.
