I think you've got the cause-effect backwards though. The city is not expensive for no reason. It's expensive because too many people live there. If major companies move to bumfuck Idaho, population grows and and once it hits a certain point it just keeps growing exponentially. Here in Anchorage, prices are not so high… -

To solve light bleeding use 4 pixels between each shell not 2. To solve seams between modular meshes: Combine meshes in Maya and import into UDK as one larger mesh. Also merge the verts along the seam, and merge the 2nd channel lightmap UVs so that they are one continuous shell, then use a larger lightmap size if needed. -

Well that issue's been solved. I thought I had tried (Zbrush) UVs>Cycle UV, but obviously I hadn't, because that solved the problem. I had to hit it twice for each subtool. My best guess as to what causes this issue is mirroring an object in 3DsMax before GoZing back or exporting as obj., but I'm happy to be corrected. -

Mmm Can someone please help me understand what is the best bone setup to make that chair fold nicely back and forward? possibly preserving the attachment to the ground? I had this bug in different version of maya, never found exactly how to solve the problem. First time appering after a graphic card driver update I think. I've never really managed to get rid of it even by reverting my old drivers. Eventually the problem was solved when I changed my graphic card... -

The top of pillars seem to be result of low distance field resolution. Try increasing it for the pillar and see if that solves it. And yes HDRi Maps are ok.
