Looks like you need a higher bit depth for the color channels. Try to bake them in a format that supports 16 bit color channels, also try turning on dithering, that should also reduce the artifacts.

Woah, 16 tris and thats the bake? I'm really stoked with your progress aswell! Man how do you bake ure stuff in xNormal? I can't get such good results like yours.
Another week, another update. Working on the lighting in Unreal, pretty happy so far. I gave myself time till the 16 of may to finish it. Biggest part still missing now is the ground plane.

I have the older 3820k and I have no complaints, will not upgrade until something at least twice or three times faster shows up in that price range. The bottleneck I have is not enough ram (only 16).
