Let me put it another way then. Hypothetically speaking: You have 4 rooms with 4 exits and 4 entry's You are being hunted down by one AI The AI can hear your movements and you can hear his or her movements You can anticipate the AI's actions audibly ( condemned criminal origins did this very well btw ) but the AI did not…
You have been so great; I just want to ask another question: On a model some of the pieces are mirrored to the other side. I want to achieve high resolution by making use of much of the space in the UV layout. Do you include the mirrored geometry on the UV layout; for example, if I was modelling a car with 4 wheels, would…
Is this move going to sink Unity? No, not likely. Unity's license still has significant advantages, and it's structure is still optimized for rapid prototyping. There is enough to set it apart, as well as the large user-base that it already enjoys. A community like that doesn't vanish overnight. Is this going to make…
No one is using rigid weighting anymore... Well almost no one though I can't think of who would be. Gears are 3 maybe 4 bones/vertex... UE3 can I think do 4 (its stated on the info page, whatever it is), but 3 AFAIK is common since most of the time 4 isn't necessary. Though this is a content and not pipeline/engine issue…

Vailias, thank you! I will try to get it with a Lifetime of 4/4 Because now it looks a bit gradually So is 0.4 the right Value for a Fade IN when the Lifetime is 4 min and max? And to be clear : 0.4 not 0.40 ?
as Uly said: 2 planes (quads) intersecting each other, so it forms a + if you look at it from above, (= 2x2 = 4 tris) then 2 quads for the axe so you can mirror that. (4 + 4 = 8 ;) )
