They Actually said in the video that Lighting model is 30 000 polys. I would've expected twice as less. But it seems like they've got a tonn of looping for facial animation.
But I'm betting the hardware they have in hospitals are not from 2009, stuff does become cheaper to make over years, even to the point where it is put into consumer end hardware.
