dude love the concept's man and that in-game enviro pic looks pretty cool :D . hopefully we get to ses creatures running around and being able to kill them and skin them or something. :D
I have issues with quixel too, using latest PS CC 2015. It doesn't crash but the masks are just doing nothing, some effects are blurry too like edge wear or other enviroment effects

just something to keep in mind. I think scale is really going to be important to establish how big and cool this thing is. I'm not an enviroments artist so I'm not sure how to accomplish that, but it's something to think about.
very nice I like the update and thanks alot for the breakdown of the pieces. sorry to ask but are those pieces all on seperate textures? I just wonder what best practice is when doing enviro works.
Looked very nice. I agree with Daz about self shadowing. It adds a nice dimension. Also, just casting shadows to begin with would be nice too. The characters still didn't cast shadows on the envionment.
I'd go with HL2 specs or a tad lower. And hawken, if you want numbers, tell us what you want numbers of... Are we making an enviro, a character, a figthing game character, an RTS vehicle? What?

Hi all, any ideas where one can find free crowd cutouts that can be used in spectator stands. Free people are there on certain sites but dont wanna give the feel of disconnect between enviro and people in it. If you know what I mean.
