Lighting Artist required

For AAA that should be it, since they have their own engines. Mostly LOD work, modelling, UVW, Texturing, Lightmaps keeping in mind texture budgets, texel density stuff and or if the model will be animated so keeping it functional. -

I have to agree with you here. Even if they did integrate it completely it would still be a eh engine as it is. And I highly doubt that they will put the resources into making it a AAA engine. But we can hope! :D -

Kanga, I'm not sure I understand the remark. I run a studio with artists who have worked in the industry for over 10 years and have a string of AAA titles to their names; That's not considered a professional artist? -

That all depends on the nature of the game. You can easily create puzzle games and other, simple, retro style games in a couple months. sure, not a 'profound' AAA title experience, but those are still games. -
