Here is one idea (and another) that could be a solution to the seaming. You seem to just adjust the fold angle inward to 360°. Still curious about creating the tight horizontal folds along the seams

Yeah, saw announcement today, pretty goddamn awesome. It's all peer reviewed, which is great, and apparently they are going to make it cross platform between the Zune, 360 and Windows. Perdy dang cool.
Nice, especially like the leather jacket design. Agreed on the boots, creases are too many and a bit too strong at the front, looks like a similar situation with the elbow wraps too but in 360 degrees.
