No i dont need more. I had 55million on lvl7. Now i have 37m or something on lvl6 and 7! i somehow lose 1lvl of detail from 6 to 7. After subdividing the total polygon count is lower. thx for ur replay btw :) -

The ASE script works fine I've used it quite a lot with UDK/Modo 401. What error do you get? The script is very particular about naming conventions for UV and vertex color maps. Have you updated Modo to the latest service pack SP5r2 (401 version 37327)? There were some script errors introduced with SP5r1 that were fixed in… -

Depends on the use case (virtualization and huge ram-disks for example), but most of the time probably not. Occlusion culling will be your Friend on something like that in Unity...your total ship may be 370k+ tris, but once you intelligently break up your model to make maximum use of occlusion culling, will make a massive difference. Whisky -

Macs aren't just a brand - they work well - with Parallels you can get a Virtual Machine on the go - it does go wrong…
