well, the d300 is out so it droped quite a bit, with 2GB memory i ended up paying around 1100 euro, thats around 1450 dollars. thanks option, ill give that one a closer look. maybe i can try it out in the store, -

@Joci I don't think I ever found a plan either; I used T-55 & R-11F2S-300 engine dimensions as a start and based the rest off of photographs (rough guess / estimate) These were the dimensions for the turbine engines I had in my notes: -

probably gonna go with an i7 3770. not top of the line, but good enough to last a long time. whole thing is lookin to be about $1100, big chunk of that is the 256gig ssd, and a weapons grade power supply of 1200w. I might ditch the power supply for something more reasonable. -

Shit you are right. Still had them on the 1002 space and have the "is UDIM" to false. I will retry the whole set-up a second time. Seems I've been sloppy with my approach. Thanks for pointing that out! I'll try the full object/set-up a second time. -

Seems a good and honest job offer. In Italy for a similar or higher position (I am a research fellow with PhD and 15 years of experience in 3d graphics) we are paid 1500 euro (1100 pounds) per month. And the cost of life in Rome or Milan is almost the same than in UK or Germany. -

yeah I imagine it will just be portable wiiU quality games which Im happy with.
