Good thread. I would add in, the bigger a company gets, the more money it wastes. I would also add that the bigger the project gets, the harder it becomes to manage. And of course, the bigger the project, the bigger the budget, the more the mistakes cost...... Eventually there reaches a point where mistakes are killing… -

Neutralizing the specular by using an opposite color is a technique derived from combating lighting done in gamma space.
