For applying properties to multiple objects you can also right click some properties and pick "apply to selected." There's no "proper" target weld but you can use Alt+M to merge vertices or if you need to weld lots you can activate vertex snapping and use right click and drag tweaking to move vertices onto each other, then…
Here is a video on switching to Blender from other software that might be helpful for some. They use a lot of the hotkeys, but almost all the common functionality is in the right-click context menus too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aAg6X0bDd0
I think you used Maya before, right? We have "Contexts" there that work in a similar way. Might be easiest to think of it as a "mode" you are currently in, and I think it's more abstract than just an operator in Blender.
Not sure that would necessarily solve the problem, Adobe and Apple are both quite aggressive in protecting their properties so *how* they are included isn't as important an issue as making sure doing so complies with whatever Rights the aforementioned might claim.
Is there a way to edit the mesh I want (the big cylinder to the right), and have the cylinders to the left be edited along with it? I tried using the Object Data Link function, but I want to keep the size and rotation of my other cylinders.
Hi friends, I Created an operator in a panel that basically creates modifiers to the selected object. However, it doesn't open the modifier properties panel on the right when I click the operator. Is there any way to access this via script? Thanks
pior to be honest I have no idea what all those things mean . Tried to see YouTube video Heard only something strong Scottish or something :) Although better than what my English would sound 🤤😁 Still when I hit plus ( add to favorites) my current brush with assigned icon appears in the right pan of "brush manager" . Then I…
Any way to adjust the snapping distance of the knife tool? I often produce double vertices - because the knife tool doesn't actually snap to the vertex I click on, but places a vertex right next to it. It would also be better to adjust the functionality of the tool. Right now, a vertex is placed right where I click. If I…
Right okay, I'll have to check that out once I'm back on the pc. I did check that but whilst editing it threw an error telling me that I had to have it unchecked. Perhaps I was using a UV plugin with it. Thanks.
This is also connected to the startup.blend. First close all tabs by right click at them and choosing delete. Then save the startup file. One tab has to exist though. You can't remove them all without to modify the source code.
