^ What he said. Our turnover is low -- we're just hiring a lot of folks. The recruiters here are super awesome, so everyone here should apply with all the badass work they're showcasing in P&P.

Honestly, for a realtime engine unity is starting to bring some good features to the table to showcase your art. not nearly to the level of udk or marmoset, but you can still get some really decent results with a little work
Hi. I've made a showcase video. Also added some more buildings and created hologram shader. I assigned hologram material into sun as well I think it's looking pretty good now. Ok here is the video enjoy!
Thanks for this. Been really striving to showcase what I can, but sometimes I get lost learning the things I needed to improve. I'll probably make a detailed plan on what I should study from now on
Hi there! Really easy advice would be to maybe target a bit more what you wanna showcase; you got a lot of pretty nice characters and i feel like their overall quality is shadowed by the environments you show.
Game artists use it simply for lighting and rendering their work in realtime, mainly just to showcase models in what you can typically expect visually in a "game-ready" environment. Now has baking tools, as you mentioned
Loved it, especially the ending My only problem with it is that after the little showcase of what you can do in a dream, bending cities, using mirrors to build a path, creating escher stairs, they're barely used in the rest of the movie
Moving this thread to 3D Showcase. If you don't get any replies, don't let that stop you. Keep working on it, and keep posting updates. Someone's bound to get interested and give critique, if you show you are sticking with it.
If you have nothing confidential to show, I'd go with www.cghub.com. Easy to browse, easy to access and very professional community ! I'm personally planing to transform my website into a blog and just use cghub to showcase my portfolio.
