hey As I said last month I think limiting the heroes will make the competition less diverse and less fun :D I think either selecting a theme for items (not for heroes) or choosing a slot (weapon, shield, etc) will make it more fun :) just my opinion and if you guys think it's fine to just go on with heroes theme I suggest… -

+1. Didn't see any environments here and think "wow, this guy could be working at Rockstar!", the weapons are better pieces, but what Shrike said is on point. Hey, I use to play on Lionna!! I played a Dark Elf Assassin to level 36, and I have to say towards the end, it was not a fun game. The level grind is HUGE, and the downtime is almost just as big. I think the Art that most people like making, and the art most people "like", are NOT the types of pieces to get anyone a job. Especially in Games, VFX. Back when I used to teach, I noticed a LOT of my students would want to make creatures, and dragons, and robot monsters holding space swords.. or weird lion headed… -

Yes, ofcourse, it's a gross exaggeration. I didn't mean ONE giant studio per se but rather fewer and bigger studios than we have today working on bigger titles. Having 5 or 6 studios work on single title such as Black Ops 2 or Assassins Creed isn't uncommon for the top publishers anymore. I think we'll see more studios… -
