It looks really solid, but no one is going to watch a 16 minute rig demo. Speed up the video playback and add annotations and it'll be a lot easier to digest.

Padding was set to 16! All vertices are welded as well. I did reunwrap the pieces as well and it had the same result? I'm at a complete loss as to whats going on
Make sure these input nodes are forced to 16 bits in your graph. The pixelation you see is what happens when one of the bakes is interpreted as 8 bits.
