Day 2 Today's work. Modeled this artifact from Ponte, lost the link to the video but credits go out anyways. Getting more used to more Hard Ops and BoxCutter. Plush is probably not the best choice for (detailed) photo scanning, as the deeper parts between the hair are obscured pretty quickly when you change your position and you'd need a crazy resolution to scan the actual hair. So I'm curious as to how artists can approach eyes on "bleeding edge" engines like Unreal or Marmoset that get you Super fine results. We get lot's of benefit from more complicate shaders, and proper branched shaders that are cheap.
