alrighty, the gun is done and I downed the textures to one 2048 for the suit and one 512 for the gun, and two 128s for the cards... which I think all of these can be downed even more, but for display sake, why not. Crits welcome on the texture job. Kill the smurfs!
one last thing, when i export the lowmesh in (about 6k tries) in maya and reexport in zbrush again, the lowlvl sub gets sometimes doubled (lvl 1 about 12k now) .. any suggestions ? //edit: was something with the polygroups - just fixed it myself

Personally I was most addicted to BF2, but had a lot of fun in BF1942. I hope they pump the player count to something crazy like 128 players, the BF games could definitely use some of the epic sized battles with tons of players like in Planetside!

Any PC game that has a frame rate cap really bothers me. Every PC title should allow 120+ fps, have a FOV slider if it's a first person title, support any standard resolution, but we're seeing a lot of games skip out on those features lately.
Sorry for the late update, been swamped with school game project. Started working on the lowpoly, UV-mapping it now. With sword and all, just below 12k tris, which is my limit, so I think I'm doing fine. More updates to come! After UV comes the texture!
