Hah that garbage technique is a beautiful way to achieve that texture. I like how they really thought about colour too. I'm definitely interested again. (I lost interest because trailers almost made it seem like TF2 with objectives and I want a more story driven, 4 player co-op adventure. Basically Half Life co-op) -

I really like this environment. As soon as I saw it I wanted to explore it. :) I can really imagine a space adventure game in which you land at outposts like this. I realise that you're going for retro with the Tintin rocket, but personally I think a Star Trek type shuttlecraft would suit better. But that's just me.… -

looks like ass! ;) I loved this game! His eyes rite now are creepy as hell! Id tone down the red levels on the shoes, not by much just enough that it doesn't bloom out. He needs more signs of him being outside and on an adventure. So dirty shoes, pants, and hands. EDIT you better make his pogo stick! -

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but to call these the "Top 5 Most Gorgeous 2D Games" is just ridiculous. Out of which games? Console games? PC games? The PC has had some outstandingly good looking 2D adventure games. The whole thing just seems a bit silly. I wish sites wouldn't do this top 5 or top 10 BS. -

Saying you're a game artist is a great party trick, especially in the midwest. I just say I'm a 3D Artist, and that I work on video game environments. If people seem genuinely interested, I just say I sculpt and paint on the computer. The usual response: When they find out I've worked on puzzle and adventure games instead… -

Deus Ex in name only. It's a totally different team with different ideas. I think it would be wrong to try to copy what has gone before.
