I found the manual! Each one is around 12M. I'm still on a GTX 970 and DDR3 16gb. It definitely starts cutting into my frame rate but it's fine for making portfolio stuff.

@TorQue[MoD] yeah mate. The added 1 pixel border in UE brings it back to 128 again. Even so, this doesn't relieve the fact that lightmaps are a f**ing pain in the arse! :)

Ironbearxl: Try turning up the subdivs on the lights and materials. Default should be 8. I would try 32 when testing and then turn it up to 64 or 128 for your final render.
Procedurally generated vegetation takes up much more performance than hand-placed vegetation. Additionally, look at your triangle counts. It's at 4 million, but it should be at 1.5 million max.
